Q: Let’s say I sold you my house, I would need help with moving.. Is that something you could provide?

A: Absolutely yes! Whether you need contacts of movers that we trust or for us to front the moving costs, we can do both. We have more often than not fronted moving expenses and received reimbursement when the transaction has closed.

Q: How does this transaction get facilitated? Do you guys use title and escrow?

A: We typically use the same title and escrow office every time. We use Ticor Title Company, the Federal Way branch. They are a well known title and escrow company in Washington with a ton of locations.
